1. Fabric Sensitivities & Skin Contact

Noirélle products are made with novelty plush fabrics, synthetic blends, and other specialty textiles designed for visual and emotional appeal. While these materials are tested for general consumer safety, individual reactions may vary based on personal skin sensitivities or allergies.

By purchasing and wearing Noirélle garments, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for determining whether the materials used are suitable for your skin

• If you have a history of textile allergies or sensitivities, consult a healthcare professional before wearing

• We recommend performing a spot-wear test after the first wash to ensure comfort and compatibility

2. First Use & Washing

All Noirélle items should be washed before first wear to remove any trace residues from the manufacturing process (e.g., dyes, finishing agents, dust particles). This is especially important for garments in close contact with the skin.

We recommend:

• Gentle hand wash in cold water using mild detergent

• Do not bleach, wring, or tumble dry

• Lay flat to dry to preserve shape and texture

• Avoid fabric softeners or harsh chemicals

• Do not iron plush or faux fur materials

Machine washing or improper care may cause color bleeding, pilling, plush flattening, or loss of softness.

3. Color Transfer & Fading

Due to the richness of certain fabric dyes and finishes, some Noirélle garments may release color during the first few washes or when exposed to moisture, sweat, or friction.

Please be aware:

• Color transfer onto skin or other garments may occur

• To reduce risk, always wash separately during the first few washes

• Do not wear light-colored clothing over Noirélle garments until colorfastness is confirmed

Slight fading or softening of texture is considered a natural part of wear and does not constitute a defect.

4. Product Use and Limitations

Noirélle lingerie is intended for personal fashion and expression. It is not designed for:

• Medical, corrective, or therapeutic purposes

• Long-term or high-impact wear (e.g., sports, outdoor use)

• Use by individuals with open wounds, broken skin, or severe sensitivities

• Use in extreme heat, humidity, or exposure to flame or chemicals

These products are not sterilized and should be used at the customer’s discretion.

5. Your Responsibility as a Customer

By purchasing from Noirélle, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:

• Following all care instructions provided

• Assessing your personal skin compatibility before extended wear

• Washing garments prior to use

• Accepting that softness, shape, or finish may evolve over time

• Understanding that returns for wear-related changes or skin reactions are not accepted unless a product is proven defective
